Refund Policy

Bookings must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance. This is deliberately longer than the 48-hour cancellation window above, so every booking comes with at least 24 hours during which you can still cancel for a full refund.

Charges for live call participation are non-refundable once the session is complete, except in cases of documented platform error.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the booking. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the money to appear on your statement. To request a refund, contact matvey@friendsly.app.
